- Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and logos are our proprietary property.
Designs and Tooling Protection:
All original polymer clay jewellery designs, custom 3D-printed items, clay cutters, texture rollers, organizers, and 3d printed items, stands are legally protected under intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Commercial Exploitation:
You may not copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, modify, or commercially exploit any 3D-printed tool designs, files, or lifestyle products purchased from us.
Jewellery Making License:
You are granted a limited license to use our physical 3D-printed items, clay cutters and texture rollers to create your own physical jewellery pieces (commercial or personal). However, you are strictly prohibited from casting, replicating, or using our physical tools to manufacture copies of the tools themselves for resale.
- Products, Accuracy, and Modifications
We specialize in handcrafted polymer clay jewellery and custom 3D-printed tools and lifestyle items.
Handmade & 3D Printed Nature: Because our jewellery pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, pattern, and minor imperfections may occur. Similarly, 3D-printed items (cutters, rollers, organizers, stands, objects) may display slight surface variations or layer lines due to the nature of 3D printing. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
Changes to Offerings: We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our product prices, descriptions, and catalog at any time without prior notice.
- Strict All-Sales-Final and Non-Refundable Policy
By completing a purchase on our Site, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to our absolute finality of sales:
No Cancellations:
Once an order is successfully placed, it enters processing and cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered.
No Returns or Exchanges:
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our 3D items, and strict hygiene regulations surrounding wearable jewellery components, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges under any circumstances.
No Refunds:
All payments made on our platform are non-refundable.
- International Orders, Customs, and Refusal of Delivery
We ship to select international destinations. If you order from outside our primary operating jurisdiction, you agree to the following terms:
Import Liabilities: The customer is the sole importer of record. You are entirely responsible for paying all local customs duties, clearance fees, import taxes, and brokerage charges levied by your destination country’s border agencies.
Forfeiture on Refusal: If you refuse an international delivery because you do not wish to pay local customs fees, or if the package is abandoned/destroyed by border control, no refund or cancellation will be issued. The transaction remains entirely non-refundable.
- Account Registration and Billing Security
When you create a profile on our “My Account” page or check out via WooCommerce, you must provide accurate, current, and complete details.
Payment Gateways:
All financial transactions are processed securely through certified, encrypted third-party billing providers. We do not store or see your raw credit card numbers.
Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service if fraudulent billing activity is suspected.
- User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
Attempting to bypass or compromise the security features of our WordPress, WooCommerce, or Hostinger backend.
Uploading malicious software, viruses, or scraping the Site’s product catalogs.

- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kagya Designs, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
The use or inability to use our 3D-printed lifestyle organizers or laptop stands.
Wear and tear, tarnish, or damage caused by improper storage or usage of our stainless steel and polymer clay jewellery.
Incorrect application or damage caused by user error when using our 3D clay cutters, texture rollers, or transfer papers.
- Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws governing our registered business location. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
